transplanted Ohioans who moved South for the weather and the beach, Nicole Althof and Eric Campbell were adamant that they wanted an outdoor wedding. The lush lawns of the Country Club of Landfall, plus the club’s ample capacity, sealed the deal.
    Like other non-members, they were able to book the Landfall club through a sponsorship from a member.
    The bride and groom grew up in opposite corners of Ohio and went to school at Ohio University, in the Appalachian town of Athens. “We had the same friends through all those years of college, but never met,” Nicole said, until she was nearly finished with her master’s degree.

Rabbi Harley Karz-Wagman of Wilmington’s
Temple of Israel officiated. Flamenco guitarist
William Paco Stricland provided music for the
ceremony. Flowers and decorations were by
Fiore Fine Flowers. The club supplied the cake.
