Colors so rich and deep
you can almost taste them are coming on strong for 2007. Colored accents have been showing
up on bridal gowns the last couple of seasons. Now bridesmaids are getting decked out in
such flavorful hues as chocolate browns and claret reds.

Off-shoulder and spaghetti straps, as well as sleeves of
all sorts, are coming back into demand as brides react against strapless designs, says
Jeanine Huggins of Jeanine Marie Designs in Wilmington. "Most brides want something very
creative on the back of their gowns," she says, and some also want to experiment with
textures and colors to trim their gowns.
