Surf cake was designed and created
by Taylor Ross of Sweet T’s Cakes.
From the wedding of Jill Tremlett and Jason Large, Nov. 11, 2006. “It was chocolate (for me)
and vanilla (for him),” said Jill. “It was delicious (and I only got ONE bite!) Jason and I
are surfers, and I chose the surfing motif because on our first date Jason & I went surfing,
and it's something we have shared and enjoyed together ever since.”
This ‘harvest’ cake features sugar pumpkins, sunflowers, and an elaborate basket
weave pattern in the icing.
