   Since Cape Fear Wedding made its debut in 2000, our planning book and website have become Southeastern North Carolina's Number 1 resource for brides. Starting in 2006, our services have included an annual wedding show.
    The Cape Fear Wedding Show will take place from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008. It will be in The Schwartz Center on North Front Street on Cape Fear Community College’s downtown Wilmington campus.
    Admission will be $5. Tickets will be sold at the show, as well as online. Advance ticket buyers have an opportunity to pre-register and avoid the line at the door, plus qualify for special door prizes. There will be plenty of free parking right across the street.
    The show will be a perfect opportunity for brides to meet the Cape Fear region’s leading vendors. “Destination wedding” brides who live outside the area can make contact with dozens of vendors in a single visit to Wilmington.
    Approximately 80 vendors are expected to exhibit. The show will feature such unique touches as a special Bride & Groom lounge, bridal fashion and formal wear show, and many other extras. Watch for door prize drawings, express VIP admission line and a live remote by radio station Z107.5 FM.
    The show is produced by Cape Fear Wedding, a division of Cape Fear Images, Inc. of Wilmington. Radio stations Z107.5 and WILL FM 98.7 are sponsoring partners.
    For couples planning a 2009 wedding, the show’s Autumn date is an opportunity to make early connections with vendors, many of whom start booking the most popular spring and early summer dates by the beginning of the year.
