What information we gather, how we use it, how we share it
Except through our
bridal registration form, Cape Fear Wedding does not collect any
personal information from visitors to our site.
We do not use cookies or any other means to capture
information about consumers on capefearwedding.com or on Cape Fear Images,
Inc.'s related web sites.
Our bridal registration form provides an opportunity
for couples to request information on products and services that may
help them plan their weddings. The information we request includes
contact data such as mailing address, telephone number and email address,
as well as basic information about the size, date and location of the
wedding. Submission of personal information is strictly voluntary and
is not required for use of the public portions of our website.
Registrants' personal information is shared only with
Cape Fear Wedding's current advertisers, or for registrants who attend the
annual Cape Fear Wedding Show, with show exhibitors, who provide products and/or
services about which couples have requested information.
Information entered in Cape Fear Wedding's online Bridal
Planner feature is totally private and is not shared with anyone at any time.
This includes all entries in the registered bride's Preferred Vendor List,
personal appointments calendar, Wedding Day Countdown Checklist, Bridal Party
Address Book, and all notes and appointment entries made in connection with
those features.
Registrants can, at any time, edit or remove any or
all personal information they have provided to us, or change the list of product
and service categories about which they wish to receive information. This may
be done by logging in to our bridal registration page, using the login name
and password the registrant chose upon registering.
Cape Fear Images will, upon request, delete any or all personal
information that has been supplied to us through the bridal registration form. Registrants
may notify Cape Fear Images by telephone, email or letter.
