A travel agent can
do more for you than get you reservations on a plane to Hawaii.
For out-of-town guests, the agent can negotiate group rates at local
hotels for you. Just give the agency the people and dates, and let
them handle the details, as well as all the travel arrangements.It can be tempting to use one of the many online reservation services to find the best air fares. While this can work, it can also be time-consuming, and there may be limitations or special conditions that aren't obvious. Travel agents have the benefit of both experience and contacts to ensure there are no surprises or "catches" in your honeymoon plans. A local travel agent will also offer you the benefit of personal help and advice, often based on their own experience or that of clients who have taken the same trip you are planning. You'll have many other things to cause you stress before your wedding day.
