Hiring a limousine to carry you, your family or the wedding party to the festivities will leave your own car free for last-minute errands, save traffic hassles, and ensure that you and your gown arrive unruffled. Using a limousine service gives the bride and groom a range of choices from simple, elegant arrival and departure to a grand "arriving in style" procession at an outdoor ceremony or reception. Limousines should be reserved at least two months ahead. In Wilmington, for the most popular spring and fall wedding dates, consider booking nine to 12 months in advance to ensure availability. Many limousine services can help with other transportation needs, providing vans and sedans for carrying out-of-town guests or members of the wedding party.
