The value of videography
This may well become
your favorite part of your wedding video
package, and it might be something you haven’t considered.
It’s a variation on the old TV news
“man-on-the-street” interview, or in your case, the wedding guest interview.
Your videographer can approach guests at your
wedding and ask them to talk about you: How they got to know you, an
incident from your childhood, or a “how-they-met” story about the bride
and groom.
This can be done randomly, or you can give the
videographer a list of people with some background information. You
might even supply some questions or suggestions about what they might
talk about.
Another approach is to announce that the
videographer will record interviews at a designated spot, with anyone who
wishes to participate.
