After your wedding
is over, a guest book can serve as a moving reminder of your special day for
years to come. The more creative the guest book, the more fun it will be for you and your guests. Here
are some innovative ideas to consider:
Signature board
Frame one of your engagement photos with a white (or light colored) mat board
and have guests sign their name and leave a special message.
This can later be framed and hung as a daily memento of your friends’ and
relatives’ good wishes.

Do-it-yourself photo album
Shown here is an example, from Judy Bradley of Eventz! of a clever way to ask
guests to give you and your mate some “newly wed” advice.
On your wedding invitation, invite guests to bring a photograph of themselves,
and/or one with you or your spouse-to-be.
They can then place it in your guest book along with any special message they
choose.
