Getting organized
There may not be enough hours in a day to accomplish
all the tasks that need to be done before a wedding.
It can be especially challenging when the couple or their families
are from out of town and just don’t have a good idea of who’s who and what’s where.
A professional errand or “concierge” service can help with tasks
as simple as picking up dry cleaning or as involved as arranging for a catered rehearsal
dinner at a rented beach house.
Concierge services should be knowledgable about where to get a wide
range of products and services -- and what businesses are available on short notice, or open
evenings or weekends.
These services can complement the work of full-service wedding
planners, or provide an essential helping hand to the do-it-yourself bride and her family.
