Working unobtrusively and behind the scenes, wedding coordinators take care of innumerable details to ensure everything goes smoothly and on time.

Today's bride struggles to balance career goals and personal commitments against a scarcity of free time. Because planning a wedding from concept to completion is almost a full-time job in itself, brides-to-be are finding that hiring a wedding coordinator is the time-efficient and cost-effective way to a wonderful wedding.
Whether called consultants, planners or coordinators, these professional advisors can make all arrangements for the wedding. This could include invitations, catering, limousines, entertainment, table and linen rentals, flowers and balloon decorations. Or, you may choose a consultant to work with you on just certain responsibilities, like making arrangements for rehearsal dinners, showers and engagement parties.
A coordinator will work with you to understand your tastes and help make sure all the pieces of your big events match the style you want.

   Event planners:
  • Have years of professional special-event planning experience and can coordinate the wedding from the early planning stages to the final vows.
  • Are familiar with the best wedding suppliers and professionals in the area and can offer the client their knowledge and expertise in any aspect of wedding planning.
  • Are familiar with the latest trends in weddings, from fresh colors and decorating ideas to unique entertainment.
  • Stay in close contact with the client throughout the planning process.
  • Smooth out rough edges by being present at the wedding and supervising all events, from rehearsal dinner to reception.
