   Since our debut issue in 2000, our book has grown from just 36 pages to 220 page in 2007. Our distribution has grown along with the region's destination wedding market. From just 3,000 copies our first year, we are now providing 10,000 books each year to prospective brides and their families.
   Our covers have been a showcase for the work of the area's leading photographers.

   Join Cape Fear Wedding Association: A trade association open to all wedding professionals working in the Greater Wilmington region.    Exhibit at Cape Fear Wedding Show: Third annual event in November 2008. Cape Fear Wedding presents Wilmington's newest and finest wedding show from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008. This event will give wedding vendors an opportunity to meet hundreds of brides and grooms face to face. Approximately 85 eight-by-10-foot booths will be available in the Schwartz Center, 621 N. Front St., on Cape Fear Community College's downtown Wilmington campus. The show will feature a unique Bride's & Groom's Lounge around the fashion show runway, and other extras for exhibitors and guests. Booths may be reserved online. Preference in booth assignment to Cape Fear Wedding advertisers. A 50-percent down payment of $200 reserves a booth. Balance of $400 booth fee due Oct. 1. Cape Fear Wedding honored
at UNCW Enterprise awards

   The Enterprise@Sunrise.06 business awards for 2006 included an Honorable Mention for Cape Fear Wedding. The awards are for small businesses that demonstrate outstanding innovation, customer service and economic impact.
   Cape Fear Wedding's Honorable Mention was based on its service to advertisers and readers through its wedding planning book, web site, interactive sales development tools for advertisers, and growth.
   The awards program is sponsored by the University of North Carolina Wilmington's Cameron School of Business, Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, N.C. Small Business and Technology Development Center, Wilmington Industrial Development, Cape Fear Community College's Small Business Center, and the Council for Entrepreneurial Development.
