Deadlines and other details
- Summer-Fall deadlines: All ad contracts must be received by Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
- Deadline to change ad is Saturday, May 05, 2012 for the Summer-Fall issue.
- Winter-Spring deadlines: All ad contracts must be received by Thursday, October 25, 2012.
- Deadline to change ad is Tuesday, November 06, 2012 for the Winter-Spring issue.
Space for ads WILL NOT be reserved if a signed contract is not received by the deadline.
- Your ad is posted on the website immediately with an existing ad or as soon as your ad is produced.
- Advertisers will be given immediate access to database with paid contract.
A contract signed today will get your ad into the upcoming edition of the book, plus online
exposure for your ad, with links to your website and email, plus access to sales leads.

Specifications
- All ads and graphics included in ads must be a minimum of 300 dpi resolution at printed sizes.
- We cannot be responsible for reproduction quality of any ads submitted at less than 300 dpi.
- Call or email us if you have any questions about whether we can handle your ad format.
- All disks must be formatted to be PC/Windows readable.
- Bleed is available at no extra charge on full page ads. Background colors or images must extend 1/8" beyond 8.5" x 5.5" trim boundary. All
type and any critical image areas must be at least 1/4" inside 8.5" x 5.5" trim boundary.
Acceptable formats
- Finished advertisements may be submitted in any of the following digital formats.
- Adobe PDF, TIFF, EPS, JPEG.
- We cannot be responsible for the quality of excessively compressed JPEG files.
- Adobe Illustrator files should have all type converted to outlines and saved in PDF or EPS formats.
- Adobe Photoshop files should be saved in PDF, TIFF or JPEG formats.
- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher files are NOT acceptable.
